Starting olive production in Gemlik district of Bursa in 2011 and continuing its activities in its new production facilities since the same year, Peyba Olive & Pickle Factory operates in a total area of 30,000 m².

In the facility where black olives, green olives, pickles, and breakfast gourmet products are processed, production is carried out by the labour force of the local people. Olives collected by our expert agricultural engineers from Gemlik, Iznik, Mudanya, Orhangazi, Manisa, and Akhisar regions are matured in storage facilities and then processed in Peyba Olive & Pickle Factory and offered for sale.

Peyba Olive & Pickle Factory has an annual production capacity of 11,000 tonnes. Starting from the purchase of the raw material of the products to the packaging of the products, the process is supervised by expert food engineers. Our Gemlik olive and pickle factory has ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22.000-2018 Food Safety Management System, TURKISH Standards Certificate, and Halal Certificates.
