Gemlik Factory

Starting olive production in Gemlik district of Bursa in 1996 and continuing its activities in its new production facilities as of 2010, Peyba Olive & Pickle Factory produces in 5,500 m² open area and 11,000 m² closed area.

In the facility where black olives, green olives, pickles and breakfast gourmet products are processed, production is carried out by the labour force of the local people. Olives collected by our expert agricultural engineers from Gemlik, Iznik, Mudanya, Orhangazi, Manisa and Akhisar regions are matured in storage facilities and then processed in Peyba Olive & Pickle Factory and offered for sale.

Peyba Olive & Pickle Factory has an annual production capacity of 9,000 tonnes. Starting from the purchase of the raw material of the products to the packaging of the products, the process is supervised by expert food engineers. Our Gemlik olive and pickle factory has ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22.000-2018 Food Safety Management System, TURKISH Standards Certificate and Halal Certificates.
